“This place is a great Rate staff was very helpful sent emails prior to my arrival to explain things.pool was great beautiful and quiet rooms were very clean recently remodeling done. 3 mins away from the beach our room had large comfortable bed and pull out futon. Will definitely be back also they have a kitchete and a grill out back we used it was definitely worth the money we couldn't of asked for a better motel for the money we paid and also there is staff there every morning if you need something.”

“Loved it here. Was the best motel I've ever stayed at. The pool was clean and and had accessibility to beach towels, very clean rooms and comfortable. It was like renting a cabin with close neighbors. Great price too. Worth every penny. Has a outdoor grill and a kitchenette we're there is a mini fridge, hotplate and a coffee pot. Dishes and pots to cook with are provided. When I go back to that part of Florida again I will definitely stay there again and again.”

“Communication was excellent coming from the hotel. I admit, I was skeptical on what to expect going in, but was very pleased with everything from start to finish. Check in was simple, they emailed me a few hours before check in, with check in instructions. There is no front desk here, but the email was very clear on where to park, how to get to the room, entry and everything else. The room was extremely clean when we arrived, the bed was very comfortable, the pool was clean and welcoming. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but the one woman we did talk to was very helpful and kind The hotel is in a great location, not too far from beach access, and very quiet. All in all, this was a great place to stay for the 5 days we were on n town. We will be back next year. Thank you Sun Island for a remarkable stay!”

“We had the two bedroom apartment. Very nice and clean. Pool was well taken care of. The owner Marybeth was very nice and accommodating. Check in was easy. Not far from the beach. If you want to stay away from the commotion of the beach properties this is the place to stay. Definitely recommend. Thank you Marybeth for the wonderful stay we had down here in Florida!”

“This is a wonderful place to stay for the night. We had our family with us, and there was plenty of room. We stayed in room 11, and it was awesome! Very nice and clean we had the suite which had a queen bed 2 twins a livingroom kitchen and bath.. I felt very safe at this motel they also had a pool. No one works at the office, which was strange, but there is a number you can call, and they do respond when you call she was very nice. They send you a code to get into your room . It was about 5 minutes to the beach and we were there! I highly recommend this motel the prices were good and everything was so nice and clean thank you for a great experience.”

“The room was very clean and tidy! There were plenty of kitchen amenities and a microwave. My only complaint is the outside lights would come in at night brightening the entire room. Also the TV kept turning on every 45 minutes, which was unusual.. We would hit power off, and it would turn on again on its own. Eventually we just unplugged it. The customer service was great! It gave off a very peaceful, family owned vibe. They happened to be cleaning a room when we walked in, and let us change before hitting the beach-even though it wasn’t time to check in. The location is pretty decent for the price of the hotel. About a 20 minute walk, but only 7 minute drive to public beach access!”
